If you exceed your included minutes, additional minutes are billed at $0.20/minute for both Basic and Pro plans. You can set limits in your account to prevent unexpected charges. We'll also notify you when you reach 80% of your included minutes so you can decide whether to upgrade your plan or set limits.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time with no penalties. If you upgrade, the new features will be available immediately. If you downgrade, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

How do the minutes work? What counts towards my usage?

Minutes are counted based on actual talk time for inbound calls. The time starts when the call is answered and ends when the call is disconnected. Minutes are calculated based on total call time across your billing cycle. Setup time, hold time, and transfers to your team are all included in the minute count.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no setup fees with GreetSmartly. Your subscription covers everything, including initial setup and configuration. For the Pro plan, we provide faster support response times to help you get the most out of your virtual receptionist from day one.

Can I keep my existing business phone number?

Absolutely! We make it easy to port your existing business phone number to our service at no additional cost. This ensures a seamless transition for your customers. The porting process typically takes 7-10 business days, and we'll provide a temporary number to use in the meantime if needed.

What happens after the 7-day free trial?

After your 7-day free trial ends, your account will automatically convert to the plan you selected during signup. We'll send you a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends, so you'll have time to make any changes or cancel if you decide not to continue. No payment is collected until after the trial period.
